Fez Delivery — a Shopify app that books local, international and smart-locker deliveries from the store admin
A Lagos delivery company wanted Shopify merchants to ship with them without leaving Shopify. We built the app that brings Fez rates, labels and tracking into the store admin.

The challenge
Fez Delivery runs local deliveries across Nigeria, exports to more than 200 countries and operates smart lockers. For an online store, using any of that meant copying order details into another system, one parcel at a time. Merchants live in Shopify admin, so the delivery service had to live there too.
What we did
- Built and published a Shopify app, listed on the Shopify App Store in May 2025 and free for any merchant to install.
- Brought Fez’s three services into the order screen: local delivery within Nigeria, international shipping and smart-locker delivery.
- Calculated delivery rates from the order and destination, with multi-location support for stores that ship from more than one place.
- Generated shipping labels from the order and let merchants choose a delivery date and assign a driver without leaving Shopify.
- Connected real-time tracking with proof of delivery, so the store and its customer see the same status.
