Multi-client command centre
Every client fully isolated — data, integrations, strategy, keywords, backlinks, content and reports. Four roles with real separation of duties: executives prepare, managers approve.
It learns each client’s business, finds the opportunities worth having, scores every one of them on seven factors, and waits for your approval before anything leaves the building.
Book a walkthroughThe problem
Most SEO software hands you a list and leaves the thinking to you. This platform runs the operation: it reads the client’s website, builds a knowledge base of what they actually sell, finds relevant link and content opportunities, scores each one, and puts the shortlist in front of a person to approve. Every decision is recorded with the evidence behind it.
The cost is not just hours. Judgement gets applied unevenly, and the client only finds out when results drift.

Why agencies use it
Seven-factor scoring applied identically to every opportunity, for every client.
Approval gates on every external action, enforced in the platform itself rather than in a setting.
An append-only decision log with the evidence behind every call.
The Opportunity Score
Most prospecting is a Domain Rating filter with extra steps. Here, authority is weighted at 20% and everything else gets a say.
| Factor | Weight | What it asks |
|---|---|---|
| Topical relevance | 25% | Does this site talk about what the client actually sells? |
| Authority | 20% | DR and DA, log-scaled so DR 20→40 counts far more than 70→90 |
| Organic traffic | 20% | Does anyone actually read it? |
| Spam risk | 15% | Penalises manipulative, thin or suspicious domains |
| Link placement | 10% | Editorial placement beats a footer listing |
| Geographic relevance | 5% | Does it reach the client’s target markets? |
| Existing relationship | 5% | Rewards publishers who have said yes before |
Why it matters in practice. A DR 80 domain with collapsed traffic and no topical overlap scores below a DR 45 site that genuinely serves the client’s audience. The platform rejects the first and recommends the second — the judgement call an experienced SEO makes and a metrics filter never does.
Every score is explainable. All seven factor values are stored beside the total with the reasoning, so a score can still be justified to a client months later. Weights are configurable per client and per industry.
Features
Every client fully isolated — data, integrations, strategy, keywords, backlinks, content and reports. Four roles with real separation of duties: executives prepare, managers approve.
Crawls the client’s site and builds a versioned Business Knowledge Profile: services, products, audiences, locations, topics, brand terms and tone. A person reviews it before anything is built on it.
A polite, robots-aware crawler mapping status codes, canonicals, metadata, headings, links, schema, missing alt text and response times. Flags thin, orphan and blocked pages.
Keywords clustered by theme and intent, and each mapped to the one page best placed to rank. Gaps and cannibalisation reported automatically.
The real search competitors — often publications and marketplaces, not just rivals — with shared keywords and the kinds of sites linking to them but not to you.
Editorial and guest contributions, industry publications, resource pages, partners, associations, podcasts, roundups, broken links and competitor gaps — each scored, risk-rated and matched to a target page.
Link farms, PBN footprints, comment spam and auto-approve directories are removed outright whatever their metrics. Catches the bought-metrics profile: high authority, no real traffic.
Reads the live anchor profile and recommends whichever anchor type is furthest below target, with a hard cap on exact match.
Articles, FAQs, case studies and PR content scored on seven dimensions. A piece must clear the overall floor and every individual score to publish. Unverifiable claims are flagged.
Personalised from what the publication covers, with follow-ups that stop on a reply, bounce or unsubscribe, and daily caps that keep the pattern human.
Every acquired link re-verified on a schedule: live, followed, same anchor, same destination, still indexable. Losses surfaced while the relationship is still warm.
Over the official API with a scoped Application Password, never the account password. Drafts by default, always within the client’s approval settings.
Weekly and monthly reports as a branded PDF or a revocable link. Every figure is computed from the data; the AI writes the narrative around numbers, never the numbers.
A separate read-only portal for rankings, traffic, backlinks and reports, structurally unable to reach the operations panel.
What was decided, why, on what evidence, with what confidence and by which model and prompt version. Append-only. Human overrides are logged too.
Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 for first-party data, WordPress for publishing, SMTP for outreach — built as modular connectors so more providers can be added.
Governance
Three automation levels, set per client, raised only when the output has earned it.
| Level | What runs on its own | When to use it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 — Manual | Nothing. The AI researches and recommends; a person approves every action. | Every new client starts here |
| 2 — Semi-automatic | Research, drafting, discovery and outreach preparation. A person approves anything that leaves the building. | Once the output is consistently good |
| 3 — Autonomous | Low-risk monitoring, reporting and discovery. High-risk link acquisition still needs approval. | Only with months of evidence |
Two limits hold whatever the configuration, because they are built into the platform rather than its settings: a client below Autonomous never auto-approves an external action, and a high-risk item always requires a person.
How it works
Name, industry, target markets and services.
Two minutesA full page inventory with technical issues flagged, and a draft profile of what the business actually does.
AutomaticThe first gate. Nothing downstream runs until a person confirms the AI understood the business.
Human gateKeyword map, competitors, content gaps, and a scored, risk-rated opportunity pipeline with target pages and anchors.
DailyApprove, reject, assign or snooze from one inbox. Outreach and content are prepared for sign-off.
Human gateLinks verified, rankings tracked, losses surfaced, and a branded report generated — then it repeats.
OngoingWho it is for
Several clients, one operating picture instead of ten spreadsheets.
Managing multiple brands, regions or domains under one roof.
Teams whose judgement is the product, and who want it applied consistently and evidenced.
The decision log answers it, months later, with the evidence.
Not built for anyone looking to buy links at volume — the platform is designed to refuse that, and it will — or for a single site owner after a one-off audit. This is an ongoing operations system, not a scanner.
Under the hood
Laravel 12 and PHP 8.3, a hardened admin panel and a separate client portal.
Frontier AI models with schema-validated output, so results are data the platform can act on, not prose it has to guess at.
Token usage and spend recorded against every AI task per client, with a configurable daily ceiling.
Client API credentials encrypted at rest; the application lives outside the public web root.
The crawler identifies itself, obeys robots.txt and rate-limits every request. Outreach carries an unsubscribe line and honours suppression permanently.
Enforced at the data layer and covered by an automated test suite.

It finds and prepares link and content opportunities, but it is an operations platform, not a link seller. It refuses link farms, private blog networks and paid spam placements outright.
Not unless you choose that. Every client starts on manual, where a person approves every action, and high-risk items always need approval at every level.
Seven weighted factors — topical relevance, authority, traffic, spam risk, placement, geography and relationship. Each factor is stored beside the total, so any score can be explained.
The client’s own website, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. Connectors are modular, so further data providers can be added.
Yes, through a separate read-only client portal and branded reports. A client account cannot reach the operations panel.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The platform gives you prioritised recommendations, applied consistently, with the evidence behind each one.
