Jubilee WorldCare Elite — an international health plan presented like a premium product, not a policy wording

Eight plans, benefits in US dollars and a worldwide hospital network, for families who expect care across borders. The brochure had to feel as premium as the promise, and the proposal form had to keep up.

The challenge

Jubilee WorldCare Elite is an international medical plan for high-net-worth individuals and families, run with DHIG of Vienna. It carries eight plan tiers, benefits in US dollars, several areas of cover and a long list of limits, exclusions and conditions. That is a great deal of fine print for a buyer who is used to premium service everywhere else — and behind it sits an application with a medical questionnaire, dependants, employment details and data-protection consent.

What we did

  • Opened on a human scene rather than a table: a doctor, a patient and his wife in a hospital room above a city skyline, under the Jubilee red band, so the plan reads as care before it reads as cover.
  • Gave the promise its own page — ‘Your health deserves global access’ — with a globe held in gloved hands, and a heartbeat line carrying the closing thought that borders should never define your choices.
  • Built one table system for everything after it: red headers, soft rose banding and fixed columns across plan tiers, benefits, accommodation limits and the hospital list, so eight plans can be compared at a glance.
  • Set the rules out as plain FAQs and short important notes — who can apply, whether the USA is covered, how to sign up in six steps — instead of leaving them inside policy wording.
  • Produced two editions: a print edition listing hospitals in major cities country by country, and a digital edition that links straight to Jubilee’s live hospital network page, so that list never goes out of date.
  • Designed the proposal form in the same identity: primary insured, employment, dependants, plan selection and the medical questionnaire as clearly labelled sections, followed by the privacy notice and explicit consent pages.
