MONARK — ‘Everyday, Refined’ menswear, told through product-first posts and reels
A smart-casual menswear brand from Lahore sells fit and fabric, which a scrolling thumb cannot feel. The content had to explain the clothes as well as show them.

The challenge
MONARK is a Lahore menswear label built on more than two decades of fashion retail, selling polos, shirts, chinos and formals, with activewear under its sister brand Alpha. Its promise is ‘Everyday, Refined’. Smart-casual clothing is bought on fabric, cut and how it wears, and a lifestyle photograph alone rarely answers any of that.
What we did
- Produced reels and social designs for MONARK’s Instagram and managed publishing.
- Built product-first posts — ‘Meet the Crew Neck’ layouts that name the fabric, the fit and the colour — so the post does the job of a shop assistant.
- Paired them with lifestyle photography and short cinematic reels that show the clothes worn, not laid flat.
- Organised highlights the way men shop: New In, Formals, Accessories, Bags, the Summer ’26 range, stores and the Alpha activewear line.
- Ran digital marketing behind seasonal ranges to reach buyers outside the brand’s following.
Outcome
What changed.
Qualitative where we don't yet have the client's clearance to publish figures. We'd rather say less than overstate.

Multi-city ticketing site & a point-of-sale we built from scratch
Three cities selling the same finite time slots through two doors at once — a website and a counter. We made both read from one inventory.

Shabbir Tiles — a catalogue, a visualiser and a calculator, made to feel like one shop
Pakistan's largest tile brand runs three separate products. The job was making a customer move through all of them without ever feeling handed off.

Someone tracking one vehicle and a fleet manager buying hundreds want opposite things. Most telematics sites pick one and lose the other.
