Royal Wrist — social content that sells original watches on proof, not just price

Pakistan’s biggest authentic watch store competes in a market full of copies. Its feed has to prove the watches are real before it can sell them.

The challenge

Royal Wrist sells original branded watches, bags and perfumes with a one-year warranty, on its own store and on Daraz. In a category crowded with replicas, a discount post on its own reads like every other seller. The feed had to earn trust first — who wears these watches, who has bought them, which brands they are — and then turn that trust into sales on the big retail days.

What we did

  • Produced reels and post designs for Royal Wrist’s Instagram, and ran the posting calendar.
  • Built a recurring “Featuring” format with well-known Pakistani faces wearing the watches, so authenticity is shown rather than claimed.
  • Designed brand-led product posts for names such as TAG Heuer and Ferragamo, letting the watch fill a restrained, premium layout.
  • Made the sale creative for the big retail moments, including 11.11 and up-to-80%-off campaigns, alongside the Daraz storefront.
  • Organised highlights for celebrities, customer reviews, PR reviews and sales, so a first-time visitor finds the proof in one tap.
  • Supported the content with digital marketing to reach buyers beyond the existing following.
