Snowbirdship — an auto transport website that quotes, compares and books cross-border car shipping
Canadians wintering in the US have to decide whether to drive south or ship the car. We built the website that answers that question, prices the shipment and takes the order.

The challenge
Snowbirdship moves vehicles between Canada and the USA, mostly for snowbirds and people relocating. Their customers are weighing prices, border paperwork and the cost of simply driving, and a phone call is the slowest way to answer any of it. The site had to quote instantly, take the order online, and be found for the many ways people search — by route, by state and by vehicle.
What we did
- Built a custom WordPress theme rather than a page-builder template, so the quote form, calculator and route pages load quickly and behave like an application.
- Put an instant quote on the homepage: pick-up and destination first, vehicle details next, then a quote the customer can turn into an order and pay for online.
- Built the Ship or Drive calculator, a four-step tool that sets the full cost of driving — fuel prices by state, hotels, food, hours on the road — against the shipping price.
- Structured vehicle data by make, type and production year, giving the site more than 190 indexable vehicle pages and quotes that start from the customer’s actual car.
- Wrote landing pages for the routes and states people search for: Ontario to Florida, Montreal to Florida, California, Florida and Texas.
- Added the content that earns trust before a sale: a snowbird season calendar, a cross-border shipping guide, pricing explained and a help centre.
Outcome
What changed.
Qualitative where we don't yet have the client's clearance to publish figures. We'd rather say less than overstate.
Quotes online, without a phone call
Ship-or-drive cost comparison
Vehicle pages by make, type and year
Orders and payment taken on the site

Multi-city ticketing site & a point-of-sale we built from scratch
Three cities selling the same finite time slots through two doors at once — a website and a counter. We made both read from one inventory.

Shabbir Tiles — a catalogue, a visualiser and a calculator, made to feel like one shop
Pakistan's largest tile brand runs three separate products. The job was making a customer move through all of them without ever feeling handed off.

One telematics site serving a single car owner and an oil-and-gas fleet
Someone tracking one vehicle and a fleet manager buying hundreds want opposite things. Most telematics sites pick one and lose the other.
