Watches for Less — humour and price-reveal reels for a UAE watch retailer
A UAE store selling authentic watches below retail needed a reason for people to stop scrolling. The content had to be worth sharing before it could sell.

The challenge
Watches for Less sells authentic branded watches, bags, jewellery and perfumes across the UAE at prices below the usual retail, with its own two-year warranty. Luxury watch content is everywhere, and most of it is polished and distant. The account needed a voice people would share, and a reason to believe the prices.
What we did
- Produced reels and post designs for the Watches for Less Instagram and handled its regular posting.
- Wrote relatable, humorous formats — ‘Basic needs: oxygen, water, a watch’ and ‘How many times do you think about buying watches?’ — that watch lovers recognise and share.
- Made the price the hook with ‘Can you guess the price after discount?’ reels, turning the store’s main advantage into a game.
- Set posts in Dubai and built product line-ups, so the account reads as a local retailer with real stock.
- Used digital marketing to put the content in front of UAE watch buyers while the following grows.
Outcome
What changed.
Qualitative where we don't yet have the client's clearance to publish figures. We'd rather say less than overstate.
Humour that watch lovers share
The discount turned into a guessing game
Dubai settings and real stock
Paid promotion alongside organic posting
