The brief
Launch a fast, mobile-first website to sell time-slot tickets across cities (Karachi, Lahore), highlight signature attractions, and handle high footfall—backed by a unified online POS for on-site counters and supervisors.
What we built

Online POS (integrated)
- One source of truth: POS reads/writes the same orders and inventory as the website—no double entry.
- Time-slot controls: capacity caps, overbooking protection, and slot-level availability synced in real time.
- Fast counter UX: quick “sell ticket” screen, customer lookup, discounts, and manual adjustments with role-based permissions.
- Seamless entry: auto-generated QR passes for gate scanning and status updates (valid/used/refunded).
- Ops reporting: live dashboards (sales by city/session), cashier shifts, and end-of-day summaries.
Outcome
A unified platform that sells online, sells at the gate, and keeps operations in sync—scaling from Karachi to Lahore with a consistent brand experience and fewer on-ground bottlenecks.
