Explaining one banking mechanic per image

Banking features fail on comprehension, not appeal. The discipline here is subtraction.

The challenge

Bank customers do not know what their bank already offers. WhatsApp banking, cash advance on a credit card, auto-debit bill enrolment — all useful, all invisible, and all usually explained in a paragraph nobody finishes.

What we did

  • Gave every execution exactly one job: explain one product mechanic completely, in a single image.
  • Showed the interface rather than describing it, so the reader sees what the feature looks like before they try it.
  • Put the action in the artwork — the number to save, the QR to scan — so intent converts inside the post instead of hunting for a link.
  • Kept award recognition present but small, supporting credibility without competing with the message.

Outcome

What changed.

Qualitative where we don't yet have the client's clearance to publish figures. We'd rather say less than overstate.
