Enquiries and proposals

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not quotations.

A project begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, timeline and price.

Intellectual property

The Techsion name, logo and the content of this site belong to Techsion unless credited otherwise.

Ownership of work produced for clients is set out in the individual project agreement. Our standard position is that you own the deliverables and the source on final payment.

Confidentiality

We treat anything you send us as confidential whether or not an NDA is in place. If you would prefer a signed NDA before sharing details, ask and we will send one the same day.

Liability

We take care over the information on this site but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Nothing here constitutes professional advice for your specific situation.

Our liability in any engagement is governed by the agreement signed for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Project agreements may specify a different jurisdiction where the client requires it.
