Shabbir Tiles — a catalogue, a visualiser and a calculator, made to feel like one shop

Pakistan's largest tile brand runs three separate products. The job was making a customer move through all of them without ever feeling handed off.

The challenge

Most tile websites stop at a catalogue. STILE needed three: a shop deep enough to hold thousands of SKUs, a visualiser that puts a tile in a room before anyone buys it, and a calculator that answers how many boxes to order. Each lived on its own subdomain. To a customer they had to feel like one place.

What we did

  • Structured product discovery around how people actually shop for tile — by Space, Category, Collection and Size — instead of the internal SKU hierarchy.
  • Tied the Tile Visualiser and Tile Calculator into the main journey through a persistent utility strip and a consolidated ToolBook, so the sub-apps read as features rather than detours.
  • Built the Emporium Locator with city filtering and full store detail, turning online browsing into showroom footfall.
  • Shipped a full English and Urdu experience across a catalogue this size, which is a content architecture problem long before it is a translation one.
  • Surfaced the credibility that matters in building materials — incorporated 1978, PSX-listed, Centro Ceramico certified — along the journey rather than parked on an About page.
  • Added live chat and WhatsApp handoff for the questions a spec sheet cannot answer.
  • We manage the hosting: Cloudways with a Cloudflare Enterprise layer and year-long static asset caching.
