The challenge
A tyre is a black circle. Seasonal social for a commodity product usually means sticking a festive graphic next to the logo, which is forgettable by design and indistinguishable from every competitor doing the same.
What we did
- Fixed on one device and committed to it: the tyre as a frame you look through, not an object placed in a scene.
- Applied it across unrelated moments — a jack-o-lantern glowing inside the tread, the Burj Khalifa framed by a tyre for UAE National Day, a tyre-stack Christmas tree.
- Used the constraint to build recognition, so the brand is identifiable before the logo is seen.
- Kept craft high on every execution, because a repeated device only survives if each instance justifies itself.
Outcome
What changed.
Qualitative where we don't yet have the client's clearance to publish figures. We'd rather say less than overstate.
One idea across every season
Identifiable before the logo
Halloween, National Day, Christmas

Multi-city ticketing site & a point-of-sale we built from scratch
Three cities selling the same finite time slots through two doors at once — a website and a counter. We made both read from one inventory.

Shabbir Tiles — a catalogue, a visualiser and a calculator, made to feel like one shop
Pakistan's largest tile brand runs three separate products. The job was making a customer move through all of them without ever feeling handed off.

One telematics site serving a single car owner and an oil-and-gas fleet
Someone tracking one vehicle and a fleet manager buying hundreds want opposite things. Most telematics sites pick one and lose the other.
