Pilgrimage packages, where credibility has to come before conversion
A once-in-a-lifetime purchase, often booked by a family for elderly parents. The fear is not the cost — it is being let down far from home.

The challenge
Hajj and Umrah are not compared like holidays. A family is committing serious money to a journey of profound religious significance, frequently on behalf of parents who will travel without them. Everything on the site is read as evidence of whether this operator can be trusted.
What we did
- Led with what reassures rather than what sells: transparent all-inclusive pricing, named packages, and the paperwork and visa handling stated up front.
- Presented the three tiers — Platinum 20-day, Diamond 16-day, Gold 12-day — with inclusions listed plainly so they can be compared without a phone call.
- Put the physical Karachi office address and direct contact details where they carry weight, because a real address is a trust signal in this market.
- Built enquiry and booking forms with multiple routes through — form, phone, email — since older travellers and their children prefer different ones.
- Structured the site in editable blocks so packages and pricing change with the season without a developer.
Outcome
What changed.
Qualitative where we don't yet have the client's clearance to publish figures. We'd rather say less than overstate.
Three tiers comparable at a glance
Pricing, paperwork and office stated plainly
Form, phone and email routes
Seasonal pricing edited by the client

Multi-city ticketing site & a point-of-sale we built from scratch
Three cities selling the same finite time slots through two doors at once — a website and a counter. We made both read from one inventory.

Shabbir Tiles — a catalogue, a visualiser and a calculator, made to feel like one shop
Pakistan's largest tile brand runs three separate products. The job was making a customer move through all of them without ever feeling handed off.

One telematics site serving a single car owner and an oil-and-gas fleet
Someone tracking one vehicle and a fleet manager buying hundreds want opposite things. Most telematics sites pick one and lose the other.
