The challenge

Insurance collateral is usually a wall of terms with the useful numbers buried. This one had to lead with what a customer decides on — the rate and the claim promise — and then do all of it again in Urdu, where a data table cannot simply be flipped.

What we did

  • Led with the rate table and the 48-hour claim settlement, because those are what the customer is actually comparing.
  • Rebuilt the entire table right-to-left for the Urdu edition, mirroring column order while keeping numerals legible, so it reads as designed rather than converted.
  • Structured the value-adds — certified workshop repair, genuine parts with warranty, personal accident cover — as scannable rows rather than paragraphs.
  • Gave the digital claim routes equal weight to the phone number, since app and web reporting are the actual differentiator.
  • Kept corporate ratings and certifications present but subordinate, so credibility supports the offer without crowding it.

Outcome

What changed.

Qualitative where we don't yet have the client's clearance to publish figures. We'd rather say less than overstate.
