MavenPro — selling software whose whole promise is speed

A no-code intranet that goes live in days. A site that took a fortnight to explain it would have argued against the product.

The challenge

MavenPro sells a custom-branded intranet — a digital HQ — live in days, priced per user. Buyers are small businesses who have been burned by enterprise software that took a year. Every claim on the site had to be checkable, immediately.

What we did

  • Led with the proposition rather than the feature list: live in days, under your own domain, on any device.
  • Put pricing in the open. A product promising no-nonsense speed cannot hide behind Contact Sales.
  • Laid the five-day implementation out step by step, so the headline claim is evidenced on the same page it is made.
  • Made Book a Live Demo the single primary action, with everything else subordinate to it.
  • Structured the content so the features section answers what a team gets on day one, not what the roadmap contains.
  • Built it on WordPress so their team publishes to the blog and adjusts pricing without a developer.

Outcome

What changed.

Qualitative where we don't yet have the client's clearance to publish figures. We'd rather say less than overstate.

Pricing

Published, not gated
