The challenge

An anniversary wall is usually a boardroom artefact seen by fifty people. Pak Suzuki wanted fifty years of manufacturing history to land with the customer waiting for a service appointment — across more than 170 dealerships, at wildly different wall sizes.

What we did

  • Structured half a century into five readable eras rather than a dense timeline: the Dawn of Domestic Wheels, the Acceleration Phase, the Dynamic Drive, the Technological Transition and the Innovation Mile.
  • Designed for the glance. Someone waiting for a car service reads a wall in fragments, so each era stands alone and rewards a ten-second look.
  • Anchored each era in the products people actually remember — Mehran, Khyber, Margalla, Alto, Cultus, Swift, Wagon R — so the history is recognisable rather than corporate.
  • Built the layout to survive reproduction: the system had to hold together at 170+ sites with different wall dimensions and installers.
