An export sub-brand that asks for an enquiry, not a checkout
STILE sells tiles at home and adhesives abroad. The export buyer does not add pallets to a cart — they send a specification.

The challenge
A distributor in Riyadh sourcing tile adhesive and a homeowner in Karachi browsing floor tiles want different products, different proof and a different ending. Putting both on one site weakens each. Replacing the domestic site was never on the table — it works, and it has years of traffic behind it.
What we did
- Built STILE Global as a sub-brand rather than a rebrand: an export-facing site that borrows the corporate mark and nothing else, leaving the domestic site untouched.
- Held the existing blue logo while moving the palette to gold, and treated the mark as a colour island so its blue never leaks into a button or a link.
- Chose catalogue over checkout. Every add-to-cart is a quote request, and the enquiry form opens with a country field, because location is the first thing that changes an export answer.
- Kept WooCommerce underneath with prices and checkout switched off behind a single flag, so the day STILE sells online the catalogue is not rebuilt from scratch.
- Gave certifications a section of their own instead of a footer badge strip — CE, ANSI 118, ISO 13007, SASO and EN 12004 are the specification an export buyer checks first.
- Structured the range by job rather than SKU, so the application guide answers which adhesive suits which installation.
- Built the bespoke sections as Elementor widgets in a standalone plugin, so they outlive any theme change.
- Fixed the brand gold where it failed: it measures 2.5:1 on light, so small text drops to a darker tone and gold buttons take dark labels.
Outcome
What changed.
Qualitative where we don't yet have the client's clearance to publish figures. We'd rather say less than overstate.
Export sub-brand live, domestic site untouched
Catalogue now, e-commerce behind one flag
Certifications given their own section
Widgets in a plugin, not the theme

Three cities selling the same finite time slots through two doors at once — a website and a counter. We made both read from one inventory.

Shabbir Tiles — a catalogue, a visualiser and a calculator, made to feel like one shop
Pakistan's largest tile brand runs three separate products. The job was making a customer move through all of them without ever feeling handed off.
